The first-person shooter video game Payday 2 was created by Overkill Software and released by 505 Games. The game is a follow-up to Payday: The Heist from 2011. It was made available on Windows, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 in August 2013.

Once more allowing players to don the masks of the original PAYDAY gang, Dallas, Hoxton, Wolf, and Chains, as they descend on Washington DC for an epic crime spree, PAYDAY 2 is an action-packed, four-player cooperative shooter.
Players can choose from a wide variety of dynamic contracts available on the CRIMENET network, including everything from small-time convenience store robberies or kidnappings to large cybercrime or emptying out important bank vaults for that epic PAYDAY.
Why not get involved in the neighborhood and do a few political errands while you’re in Washington, DC? On the hits, up to four buddies collaborate, and as the crew advances, the tasks get bigger, better, and more satisfying.
A character customization and crafting system that enables teams to create and modify their own weapons and equipment comes along with increased income and the ability to become a legendary criminal.
With a brand-new mask system in PAYDAY 2, players may create their own special mask with whatever design and color they like, creating millions of possible combinations. Players can invest in one of five unique skill trees as they advance, including Mastermind, Enforcer, Ghost, Technician, and Fugitive.
These can be combined to make the ultimate heister. Each has a rich customization tree of related skills and equipment to learn. Each mission offers a variety of strategies, such as sneaking up on someone or running in all guns blazing. Each manner you choose to hit the target will result in a distinct experience.
